🛍️ Right of Withdrawal (Droit de rétractation)
In accordance with EU and French consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Returns must be sent within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once unsealed, including:
- Drink cover caps that have been used or removed from sealed packaging.
- Devices that have been paired with a mobile app.
🚚 Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Return address will be provided upon request via email.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original method of payment.
Note: Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with:
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Order number and description of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.
