Withdraw from the contract

Did you buy a product on the myselfkey.fr shop? You have 14 days from receiving it to withdraw, without giving a reason. This form serves as notice of your withdrawal.

Your pre-order has not shipped yet? You can cancel it at any time until it ships, using this same form.

For a subscription (plan taken in the app): this form does not apply. Google Play: qr.myselfkey.fr/renoncer. App Store: the request is made to Apple.

For a one-year plan bought on this site during the pre-sale: this form applies. You have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw. If you did not expressly ask, when activating it, for the plan to start before the end of this period, we refund you in full, even if it is already activated. If you did ask, only the share of the service already supplied up to your withdrawal is deducted, in proportion to its length (see our Terms of sale).

Your details are used to process your withdrawal and are kept with your order for the period required by law. Privacy.

What happens next

  • Send the product back no later than 14 days after telling us of your decision, to: MY SELF KEY, 63 bis rue de Sèvres, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France.
  • We refund the price paid and the standard outbound delivery costs no later than 14 days after receiving your request, to your original payment method. The refund may wait until we get the product back or you show proof of sending it.
  • Return shipping costs, faulty products and the other conditions are set out in our return policy and our terms of sale.
