Refund policy
This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and the French version, the French version prevails.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF MY SELF KEY (MSK)

1. Your legal right to withdraw: 14 days
You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason and without any condition.
No prior approval is required: simply let us know by email at contact@myselfkey.fr or by post. A model withdrawal form is provided in the annex to our Terms and Conditions of Sale; using it is not compulsory.
You may open the packaging, remove the tags and try the product as you would have done in a shop. Items bought on promotion are covered in the same way as any other. Only a loss in value resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product may be deducted from your refund.
Refund: the price paid plus standard outbound delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive your request, to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you provide proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first.
Return postage: payable by you. It depends on the weight of the parcel and the carrier you choose; as a guide, allow between €5 and €10 from mainland France.

2. Our goodwill gesture: 30 days in total
Beyond the 14 statutory days, and up to 30 days after receipt, we accept returns of unused products, with their tags and in their original packaging, on simple request to contact@myselfkey.fr.
This commercial policy is in addition to your legal right of withdrawal and does not replace it. It does not apply to gift cards.
3. Cancelling a pre-order
Our products are sold as pre-orders, with an estimated delivery date of December 2026. You may cancel your pre-order at any time until dispatch, by simple email, and be refunded in full (price and delivery costs) no later than 14 days after we receive your request.
4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Contact us as soon as you receive your order at contact@myselfkey.fr. In that case, return postage is at our expense and you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, both set out in article 12 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
5. Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different product is to return the item to us and place a new order.
