Refund policy
This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and the French version, the French version prevails.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF MY SELF KEY (MSK)

1. Your legal right to withdraw: 14 days
You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason.
No prior approval is required. The simplest way: the page Withdraw from the contract here ("Se rétracter du contrat ici") on our shop; we send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, without delay. You can also let us know by email at contact@myselfkey.fr or by post. A model withdrawal form is provided in the annex to our Terms and Conditions of Sale; using it is not compulsory.
You may open the packaging, remove the tags and try the product as you would have done in a shop. Items bought on promotion are covered in the same way as any other. Only a loss in value resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product may be deducted from your refund.
Refund: the price paid plus standard outbound delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive your request, to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you provide proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first.
Return postage: payable by you. It depends on the weight of the parcel and the carrier you choose; as a guide, allow between €5 and €10 from mainland France.
Returning the product: no later than fourteen (14) days after telling us of your decision.

Subscriptions: this policy covers products bought on the shop. Withdrawal from a subscription taken out in the My Self Key app follows the app's terms (qr.myselfkey.fr/cgu): for Google Play, through the form qr.myselfkey.fr/renoncer; for the App Store, through Apple.
One-year plan bought on the shop during the pre-sale: you have 14 days after the purchase to withdraw, through our withdrawal page, by email to contact@myselfkey.fr or by post to the address above. The refund terms are set out in article 4 bis of our Terms of sale.
2. Our goodwill gesture: 30 days in total
Beyond the 14 statutory days, and up to 30 days after receipt, we accept returns of unused products, with their tags and in their original packaging, on simple request to contact@myselfkey.fr.
This commercial policy is in addition to your legal right of withdrawal and does not replace it.
3. Cancelling a pre-order
The keychain is sold as a pre-order and paid when you order, as part of a pre-sale of 1,500 units open until Tuesday 10 November 2026 at 11:59 pm (Paris time), or earlier if all 1,500 units are sold. Delivery by 31 December 2026 at the latest; this date is repeated in the confirmation email. You may cancel your pre-order at any time until dispatch, by simple email, and be refunded in full (price and delivery costs) no later than 14 days after we receive your request.
4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Contact us as soon as you receive your order at contact@myselfkey.fr. In that case, return postage is at our expense and you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, both set out in article 12 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
5. Exchanges
To change colour, write to us before your order is dispatched. After delivery, an exchange depends on the units available; your right of withdrawal is unaffected.
